Before your appointment:
Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes.
Please arrive on time.
To be considered a fill, you must have 40 % of lashes remaining. Otherwise, the price of the fill will be adjusted accordingly.
If you are coming in for a fill from another lash salon, pricing will be determined at time of appointment.
Do not apply face cream, makeup, or sunblock in the eye area. The oil found in many moisturizers prevents eyelash bond from bonding to the natural lash and reduces the retention of your extensions.
Do not curl your lashes before your appointment.
Please silence your phone while extensions are being applied.
Cancellation/Late/No Show:
A payment card is required to secure your appointment.
There is a $50 fee if your appointment is canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours.
There is a $50 fee for no show appointments.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for $50 of the service scheduled.
Your appointments are very important to us, it is time reserved especially for you, we understand that things come up, therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Your card will not be charged if the appointment is canceled more than 24 hours in advance.
A deposit may be required if you have a history of cancellations and shows.
Please, be considerate of other clients' scheduled appointments and arrive on time or your appointment may be shortened, incurring the full-service charge.

Confirmation Texts/Emails:
As a courtesy, you will receive a text/email to confirm and remind you of your appointment. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
